Who are you?

  • You are a CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • You have 3+ years of accounting and finance experience, with a focus on financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and financial modeling, along with 1+ years of experience in tax reporting.
  • You possess a strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • You have experience working with various accounting and ERP systems.
  • You have excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

What will you do?

You will play a pivotal role in the financial management of the company, supporting the CFO in all aspects of our accounting and finance operations. This includes preparing accurate and timely periodic financial statements, conducting insightful financial analyses, and creating financial modeling tools that provide robust scenario planning.


MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Present accurate and timely financial and management reports to the company’s leadership.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts based on the company’s strategic goals.
  • Manage the company's budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish budgets and monitor spending.
  • Track budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Calculate, track, and report key performance indicators in ways that are visually appealing and easy to understand.
  • Provide financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making, in particular, pricing decisions, contract negotiations, and strategic investments.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors to assist in preparing federal, state, and local tax returns to ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement new tools or systems as needed.
