Strategex Expands to The United Kingdom

Strategex, the premiere 80/20 and CX management consultancy, announced the opening of a new office in the United Kingdom. The global expansion will help accelerate Strategex’s growth and will strengthen the company’s ability to serve a global clientele.

The expansion supports Strategex’s growth strategy; the company has grown revenues by 40% (year over year). To meet increased international demand, Strategex has acquired Consolid8 Consulting in Dorset, United Kingdom. “We’ve been growing at an aggressive rate due to the success of our client engagements. When you’re able to get explosive results for clients – in one case we helped drive stock prices up over 500% – they tell their friends,” said Strategex CEO, David Philippi.

In addition to its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, Strategex also has representation throughout the United States, including California, Georgia, Indiana, and Wisconsin. The global expansion will allow Strategex to enhance its service to global accounts. The majority of Strategex’s clientele are major B2B manufacturers with global operations. “Our experts collaborate closely with our clients’ teams. It’s important for us to interface and have close interaction with our clients’ teams. We really get into the trenches with our clients, so having a global presence will amplify that ability,” said Philippi.

Strategex’s UK operations will be led by newly appointed Vice President, Barry Holt. Barry is an international leader with a record of delivering sustainable profitable growth. His experience includes sales, marketing, manufacturing, new product development, and distribution channel management. Barry joined ITW in 1990; over a 21-year tenure, he held several positions including General Manager and Vice President roles. A leader of the 80/20 process, he grew the business to +20% ROS. “I am thrilled to be joining the Strategex family. The company is known for results, and 80/20 expertise – it’s a great fit because those are my passions. I look forward to expanding the brand and services across Europe,” said Holt.

“This is an exciting time for Strategex. This acquisition and new talent will allow us to deepen our existing client relationships and expand to a new market. If demand remains consistent, I can foresee more strategic locations with more 80/20 Experts across the globe,” said Philippi.
