Strategex announces the promotion of Jennifer "Jenn" Desrosiers to 80/20 Managing Director. David Philippi will continue his role as Chief Executive Officer.
Jenn has made a significant impact since first joining Strategex in April 2019. Prior to this promotion, Jenn served as a Senior 80/20 Consultant guiding more than 20 clients across various industries—primarily in manufacturing. She has helped Strategex clients achieve profitable margin expansion and cash flow growth through revenue increases, overhead reductions, and working capital reductions.
In her new role, Jenn will be responsible for managing the company's largest practice: 80/20 Profit & Growth. The practice has grown rapidly under the leadership of David Philippi who played a pivotal role in establishing the practice with Strategex founder, Peter Philippi and 80/20 legend, Joe Hahn. David assembled the current team of business leaders who are sought-after for their 80/20 acumen, and the results they can generate.

Jenn Desrosiers spent the first decade of her career with ITW. During that tenure, she undertook progressive business leadership roles across several divisions—including functional responsibility for sales, marketing, product management, operations, and strategy. Jenn has a track record of successfully leading turnarounds for failing manufacturing businesses. Recently, she coached a tier 1 automotive client to overcome significant operational challenges. The results were a 25% increase in EBITDA, increased on-time delivery, and increased wallet share with the world’s largest automotive manufacturers.

Jenn has a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Tech and is currently completing her Executive MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two children.
